The herbs Ethiopian kitchens have brewed for generations — cut, shade-dried and jarred by hand on Bole Road. Now delivered to your door.
Every herb wants a different cup. Pick one and the bench gives you the water temperature, the dose, and a running steep timer.
Before tea was a product here, it was a habit. A handful of koseret from the garden, damakese for a cold, tena adam dropped in the cup at the last minute. Nobody called it a blend.
We jar those same herbs because what sat on shop shelves was imported, powdered and sweetened. Ours is one plant per jar, named in Amharic and in English.
Oromia and Shewa. Cut, shade-dried, sorted by hand — never oven-forced.
A seasonal herb chosen by us, 240 ETB, skip or pause any month.
